The Role
The Engineering team at is a small but fast growing group of talented engineers. Java Developers at face multiple challenges associated with high performance, distributed systems, and processing large volumes of data in real time. our developers work on an exciting mix of both Greenfield and existing projects, giving them opportunity to explore new technologies.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and manage a small team of talented Java Developers within our new product development team. This will include performance reviews and management, implementing code standards and peer reviews and coaching/supporting/guiding in development.
- You will support and enable the delivery of high-quality business-led technology projects. You will be commercially-focused and have significant knowledge of, and experience in, how technology can support and enable business growth, and will ensure that projects are aligned with the technology and product roadmap.
- You will use best practices to support the development and implementation of all new / enhancement to our products.
- You will work on different aspects of the core product and associated tools, user-interfaces and test/automation tools.
- You will assist with in-life maintenance testing, debugging and documentation of deployed services.
